Paintings and art, they bring us joy,

A way to express ourselves, a special kind of ploy.

The beauty of the brush and the stroke of the pen,

Can transport us to places that are out of this den.

The colorful canvas can bring a smile,

As we take in the beauty, all the while.

The emotion, the texture, and the lines,

It's like a story that's told in rhymes.

A portrait, a landscape, an abstract design,

A moment in time, that's frozen in time.

Paintings and art, they bring us peace,

A way to connect with the world and ease.
